Rudy Giuliani's radio show has been canceled due to discussions regarding the 2020 Presidential Election.
Rudy Giuliani revealed that his radio show on WABC Radio has been axed due to his refusal to adhere to what he termed an "overly broad" directive from the station. This directive, outlined in a letter from Red Apple Media dated May 9, prohibits Giuliani from discussing the 2020 presidential election on his broadcasts. The letter specifies that topics such as the legitimacy of the election results, allegations of fraud by election workers, and Giuliani's personal lawsuits regarding these claims are off-limits. Giuliani expressed his discontent with this directive, asserting that he was dismissed by John Catsimatidis, the owner of WABC Radio, for not complying.
Giuliani characterized this directive as a violation of free speech and raised suspicions about the timing, particularly given the proximity to the 2024 presidential election and ongoing concerns about election integrity. As of now, Catsimatidis has not provided a response to requests for comment.
