Daniel Billings, a resident of New South Wales, is set to appear in court after being charged with the murder of Molly Ticehurst in Forbes.

Tributes have been placed outside the residence, as reported by Lani Oataway for ABC Central West.

According to court documents, Daniel Billings had previously faced accusations of raping Molly Ticehurst on three separate occasions, as well as intimidating her on three separate occasions and causing deliberate damage to her property, including a car window and a pedestal fan.

Additionally, the documents revealed that Mr. Billings was charged with aggravated cruelty against a 12-week-old dachshund puppy. These charges are all linked to incidents alleged to have occurred since December of the previous year.

Magistrate David Day informed the court that Mr. Billings was already facing "three serious indictable offences" at the time of the alleged murder, all involving the same woman found deceased on Monday morning.

Currently in custody, Mr. Billings did not seek bail. The case has been adjourned until June 20.
